Abstract

The EDUCAUSE Center for Analysis and Research (ECAR) 2006 Security Survey and the ResNet Applied Research Group 2006 Security Practices and Policies Survey contain important results that will help guide future directions for the EDUCAUSE/Internet2 Computer and Network Security Task Force. This briefing provides an overview of the key findings from the ECAR and ResNet surveys along with a facilitated discussion of areas that require further focus and attention.
