Next Gen Tools: EAA's "Buzz"

Abstract

This innovation brief from Next Generation Learning Challenges (NGLC) focuses on Buzz, a K-12 personalized learning platform used in Education Achievement Authority of Michigan's schools. Buzz was developed in partnership between EAA, Agilix, and School Improvement Network. Buzz facilitates the delivery of core content and assessments to students, allows students to advance at an individualized pace, and provides data to inform teachers' instructional strategies. The brief includes an artifact of screenshots and a student tour of the platform.

Next Gen Tools is a series of 2-page briefs that describes tools and strategies from the NGLC network of breakthrough model grant recipients in both K-12 and higher education.
