Abstract
Learn which solutions colleges and universities have deployed for 16 enterprise-level applications, ranging from financials to student information to CRM. Using data from the Core Data Service, the EDUCAUSE Center for Analysis and Research studied the installed base of enterprise applications. EDUCAUSE Vice President Susan Grajek will present the findings, which shed light on use of open source and vendor solutions, market diversity, and outsourcing, as well as which types of applications are more widespread in higher education.
