Abstract
This report will comment on the overall state of IT at the University of Illinois (that is, the state of IT resources campus-wide) as well as on the current state of the CITES organization and progress toward CITES strategic goals. Special attention will be given to how problems solved within the CITES organization will affect the overall condition of campus. Although budget data will be provided in detail only for CITES and CIO functions, potential budget implications of IT@Illinois will be addressed.
