Abstract
Rosabeth Moss Kanter focuses on the challenges facing institutions as they strive to adapt and undergo systemic change, with an emphasis on the human skills that build meaningful community out of mere connections. Observing that the WWW is both the stimulus and facilitator of that same culture, she sees the opportunity for an organizational model in this environment of a connected community, in which collaboration is the norm.
