Abstract

This is a formal appeal of the FCC ruling concerning CALEA filed in the 10th District Court of Appeals. The document states that we are asking the Court to overturn the FCC ruling based on the evidence given in the Brief. This document combines the arguments of all the petitioners. This Brief represents the first formal submission of evidence, there be an oral argument later this spring.
