Our room blocks at the conference hotels are sold out, and most downtown Seattle hotels are nearing capacity for conference dates. If you do not yet have a hotel room, you may search for lodging on the Seattle Convention and Visitors Bureau Web site. Please note that EDUCAUSE will not issue a registration refund after September 25, 2007, if you are unable to secure a hotel room. Review our cancellation policy.
Please come to the registration desk, located at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center, during the following times to obtain your name badge and other conference materials. Please note: You will need to present a photo I.D. in order to obtain your name badge and other conference materials.
For travel planning purposes, preconference activities begin on Tuesday, October 23, with the preconference seminars. (Please note: all preconference seminars require separate payment and registration.) The first full-conference activity is the opening of the exhibit hall on Tuesday. The main conference opens Wednesday, October 24, at 8:00 a.m. with the general session featuring Doris Kearns Goodwin, Pulitzer Prize–winning author and historian. The conference will close on Friday, October 26, with the general session featuring Bruce Schneier, security technologist and author of Beyond Fear, which will end at approximately 11:30 a.m.

***Exhibit hall staff registering on site will be subject to a $30 charge.
Payment for the full amount of the registration fee must be made by the first day of the conference. You may pay by credit card or supply a purchase order number along with a credit card guarantee payment. A purchase order does not constitute payment, and all outstanding purchase orders must be satisfied either by check or credit card before the first day of the conference. A credit card used as a guarantee will not be charged without prior notification. Due to limited space in the preconference seminars, we cannot ensure your space until we have received payment.
Cancellations postmarked or received on or before August 28, 2007 are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received between August 29 and September 25, 2007, are entitled to a refund minus a $100 processing fee for conference registrations and a $50 processing fee for preconference seminar registrations. If you cancel after September 25, 2007, you will receive no refund. If you have not paid by another means, your credit card will be charged the cost of registration. The card will not be charged until you have been notified of the charge.
