Recognition Committee

Members of this committee are charged with maintaining quality standards for the EDUCAUSE awards program and advising the EDUCAUSE president on strategic directions for professional recognition. They establish the nomination and selection process for winners of the Leadership Award, Community Leadership Award, DEI Leadership Award, and Rising Star Award.

Committee members should bring experience from institutions of broadly diverse size, type, and geographic distribution; significant expertise in managing information technology resources on their campuses at a high level; and sufficient background with EDUCAUSE and their wider professional world to bring a solid understanding of quality achievement and knowledge of professional activity. (9 members, 3-year terms)
