SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES 

Developing relationships and establishing credibility is a big part of successful selling.  EDUCAUSE offers many sponsorship opportunities that can help you gain recognition and positively impact your higher education prospects.  Ongoing sponsorships of multiple events and initiatives enable your company to make a positive, long-term impact – growing your influence in the community.

 

EDUCAUSE Center for Analysis and Research Sponsorships

Corporations that wish to demonstrate their support of the higher education community's leading source of research, EDUCAUSE Center for Analysis and Research, have two sponsorship options available that deliver a wide array of benefits, ranging from recognition, access to ECAR research, custom research briefings, custom data analysis, involvement in the research agenda, the ECAR annual symposium, and more. Companies can sponsor either the entire annual ECAR program or choose to help underwrite the annual ECAR Study of Undergraduate Students and Information Technology. Investment: $15,000-$35,000


Fellowship Program

Deciding to sponsor our fellowship programs, the Jane N. Ryland, the Diane Balestri Memorial Scholarship or both will show institutional members that your company values achievement, commitment, and the need to support higher education information technology professionals. These highly visible awards are made on an annual basis, and preference is given to underserved individuals at financially challenged institutions. As a sponsor you'll build brand awareness through various association communications such as a press release and our monthly member e-newsletter. Learn more about the Fellowship Program.

EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative Sponsorships


ELI News Sold Out

Six times a year, you can sponsor the ELI News e-newsletter that reaches over 18,000 teaching and learning professionals. Your exclusive sponsorship of a bi-monthly issue includes a logo, brief statement, and URL link—giving you a chance to highlight your research, events, and resources. The newsletter mails on the first Thursday of every other month putting your company front and center with our highly targeted, active readers. View a sample issue of ELI News.

Investment: $1,375 for one issue, $7,000 for full year


ELI Webinars Sold Out

Sponsor an EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative monthly webinar and your company will connect with teaching and learning professionals engaged in finding answers to today's technology questions. The webinars are interactive virtual events focused on hot topics in learning technology. As a sponsor you will be able to put your message before a targeted audience through our e-mail announcements reaching over 6,000 members, attendee messages, the event website, and archived recordings in our resource library. Investment: $1,600 per webinar, $4,000 per quarter, $16,000 for full year


ELI Focus Sessions

Twice a year, the EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative hosts an online focus session which brings together a variety of teaching and learning professionals to address challenges and opportunities around transforming learning with the latest online innovations. As a sponsor you will be able to put your message before a large audience through our e-mail announcements reaching over 18,000 teaching and learning professionals, attendee messages, the event website, and archived recordings in our resource library. Investment: $2,500 per focus session

 

EDUCAUSE At A Glance Newsletter Sold Out (through September 2014)

Many companies have requested the opportunity to participate in EDUCAUSE newsletters, and now you can! Twelve times a year, you can sponsor the EDUCAUSE At A Glance e-newsletter that reaches 16,000 subscribers at our member institutions. Your exclusive sponsorship of a monthly issue includes a logo, brief statement, and URL link—giving you a chance to highlight your research, events, and resources. EDUCAUSE Institute

Across the EDUCAUSE Institute programs, institutional members find dynamic, immersive experiences designed to enhance their higher education IT management and leadership skills. The program faculty are experienced higher education leaders committed to facilitating the exchange of information through collaborative learning. As a sponsor of one or all of the programs, you will be able to reach targeted audiences through e-mail announcements, attendee messages, event websites, and presentations archived in our resource library. Investment: $3,900 for one program, $7,500 for two programs, $11,250 for three programs

 

EDUCAUSE Awards Sold Out

When you choose to sponsor one or both of our awards, you are investing in the professional development and recognition of today's and tomorrow's higher education IT leaders. As a sponsor you will gain lasting recognition through various communications, signage, and annual conference recognition reaching more than 15,000 members who work in higher education IT and more than 200 key higher education media contacts. Investment for both: $25,000

  • Rising Star:  This EDUCAUSE award is intended to recognize an information technology professional who, while early in his or her career, demonstrates exceptional achievement in the area of information technology in higher education. Awards will be made at the discretion of the EDUCAUSE Recognition Committee, which may choose to grant one award, no award, or multiple awards in any one year.
    Investment: $15,000
     
  • Leadership:  The highest individual recognition offered by EDUCAUSE comes in the form of the EDUCAUSE Leadership Award, which acknowledges and celebrates leadership within and of higher education information technology. Through this award program, EDUCAUSE seeks to recognize prominent professionals—the “Summa Cum Laudes” in our field—whose work has had significant positive impact on advancing the theory and practice of information technology in higher education.
    Investment: $15,000
